We will ship your order as quickly as possible, so that you receive it within 1 to 3 working days. This way you can start setting up your Billiebin in no time and the worms can quickly move into their new home (or hotel?)!

And don't worry about the worms! They are packaged with care and can easily remain in the packaging for up to 14 days.

If you can't start the setup right away, that's no problem. Then store the worms in a cool and dark place!
